RISE is seeking a Program Administrator who would be responsible for business development and growth throughout the state.  Additional responsibilities include: ensuring compliance with Corporate policies, state agency requirements and other legal and regulatory requirements. This position strives to achieve fulfillment of RISE's community relations goals and demonstrates cultural competence with diverse populations and cultures toward successful relations with various communities, organizations and state agencies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Identify growth opportunities 
  • Develop and achieve growth goals resulting in increased revenues and profitability
  • Demonstrate pro-active and effective advocacy for people with disabilities and those receiving support
  • Assist in creating new and innovative service models for people with disabilities
  • Lobbies for change in a positive manner with funding agencies
  • Promotes and engages in positive relationships with all customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction system in all areas of service
  • Responsible for the financial oversight of programs under supervision
  • Ensure that programs meet all licensing requirements with the highest level
  • Continuously evaluate the quality of supports being provided, while identifying areas that could use improvement

 

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience in business development and growth
  • Monitor market conditions relative to competitors
  • Experience implementing systems to monitor program policy/procedure and contractual compliance
  • Familiarity with medical and psychological terminology, teaching principles, human behavior or principles of psychology useful
  • Ability to prepare programmatic and administrative budgets and interpret budget results
