As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping children develop the functional, sensory, fine motor, and daily living skills needed for success at home, school, and in everyday life.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, physicians, educators, and fellow clinicians.
  • Provide caregiver education and home program recommendations.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination.
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and support discharge planning when appropriate.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current Occupational Therapy license.
  • Ability to pass applicable background screenings. 

Preferred

  • Pediatric therapy experience.
  • Experience working with developmental delays or disabilities.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Important Notes on Continuing Education: If employed as a licensed, registered, and certified professional Speech Language Pathologist; the practitioner shall complete the continuing educations units required to maintain professional credentialing. Services are supported under contract with Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) participating agency.
