RISE has supported individuals and families since 1987. Our Clinic ABA Team delivers high-quality behavioral services in a structured, supportive learning environment. We are expanding and looking for a mission-driven RBT who wants strong supervision, hands-on experience, and meaningful work helping young learners build foundational skills.
RISE places the client experience at the center of everything we do. Our mission is to serve families and create a strong, consistent system of support. The RBT works under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA and has access to a Senior Behavior Analyst for additional clinical guidance.

What You Will Do
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct ABA services in a clinic-based early intervention setting
- Collect accurate, real-time data using the company’s electronic platform
- Support caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
- Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
- Participate in team meetings and clinical training sessions
- Follow all ethical and clinical standards set by the BACB and your supervising BCBA
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing, or willing to obtain
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Professional, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a structured clinic environment
- Ability to pass a background check
- Current CPR and First Aid, or willing to obtain
- Ability to move including kneeling, sitting, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
