The Help Desk Services Specialist is responsible for daily and long term maintenance and monitoring of IT vendor contracts and assists the RISE IT Help Desk by handling all tickets associated with ISP, phone, printer and TV change orders as well as coordinating all company office moves.


  • Interact with vendors, IT and business partners to help manage vendors, software and hardware companywide company using excellent customer relations skills that are effective and respectful
  • Work with telecommunications broker on new orders, change orders and renewals for existing ISP, Phone and TV change requests
  • Coordinate office moves from an IT services perspective including managing logistics with vendors (cabling, copier, ISP)
  • Adding and removing phones from Jive and Masergy portals along with maintaining a current up-to-date list of all active phones companywide
  • Assist Help Desk in ticket system during down times
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 1-3 years of experience providing technical support and working with vendors
  • Experience with negotiating and managing contract life cycles, with an emphasis on technology or IT service agreements
  • Familiarity with asset management software and/or inventory tracking systems
