OVERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Implementation Specialist/Project Manager is responsible for the implementation and project management of all DCI products. This will include the discovery, assessment, gap analysis, configuration and testing of software. In addition, they will also be required to assist in some sales and support of software.

  • Responsible for leading all aspects of software implementation including discovery, assessment, gap analysis, configuration and testing
  • Ability to manage projects successfully
  • Configure the system based on the customer requirements
  • Data conversion and loading into the new system for implementation
  • Perform application support by monitoring and responding to support tickets
  • Act as a technical resource during sales presentations
  • Perform application testing as required
  • Travel up to 30%
  • ALL DCI employees will be vigilant to support the positive compliant cybersecurity company posture by familiarizing themselves with all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines and act accordingly.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 - 5 years of software support and implementation experience
  • 3 - 5 years experience in project management
  • Bachelors of Science preferred or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate multiple duties simultaneously
