The Office Manager provides a high level of support and customer service  to all programs and Directors at RISE, particularly the Boise Campus. In addition to many other duties, the Office Manager will act as a liason for the primary RISE Idaho phone line, visitors, maintenance and deliveries.  


  • High school graduate
  • Two (2) years clerical experience in a clinical or office setting
  • Demonstrates administrative, organizational, and time management skills
  • Demonstrates ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively, both written, verbal, and virtually.
  • Experience utilizing a multi-line phone system
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail in producing accurate work
  • Knowledge in use of general office equipment
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills
  • Proficient knowledge of office management software, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred


  • Serves as the main point of contact to help support facility and maintenance needs across the Boise campus
  • Coordinates scheduling of conference rooms on the Boise campus as needed
  • Participates as a member of the Safety Committee for the Boise Campus location
  • Assess needs quickly and provide solutions proactively
  • Accurately and thoroughly documents interactions and forwards necessary documentation to appropriate party in a timely manner
  • Manages inbound calls and forwards to proper department/staff with exceptional customer service, escalating calls appropriately as needed.
  • Manages complaints in a courteous, professional manner
  • Sends, receives, and processes mail daily, including scanning mail to those working remotely
  • Adapts to changing priorities effectively and professionally
  • Functions well under pressure & makes efficient use of time
  • Ensures main office and campus are tidy and organized
  • Actively participates in ensuring families/individuals obtain the appropriate information to begin services
  • Actively participates in tracking and managing trainings, company wide
  • Ability to manage assigned projects to completion
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of company services and programs
  • Ensures office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
  • Maintains high level of confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA Privacy Practices
  • Maintains professional business appearance and demeanor
