Description

Oversee the development, growth, delivery and compliance for Family Services team, home studies for domestic and international adoption, post adoption, post placement services, and oversee assigned operational duties. Serve as the CEO designee in the approval authority of home studies both domestic and international.

Oversight and engagement with agency partners for service delivery, including but not limited to exempt provider agreements, supervised provider agreements, assigned collaborative engagements.

Responsible for domestic licensing in NC & SC and additional locations as needed. Provides oversight for internal and external reviews for compliance with license, accreditation, and agency standards.

Assure domestic services such as international home studies and post adoption reporting are completed in compliance with all regulations and documentation for continual Hague accreditation for CAS and collaborative agencies.

Serve as a member of the core leadership team through collaboration with leadership, supporting team members, and supervision of designated staff and task.

Provide leadership to deliver and develop exceptional compliant services to support the agency mission.

Travel as appropriate, designated, and approved.

Engage in other duties as directed by the CEO which may include but are not limited to staff onboarding, Paycom, DCI, budgeting, and performance review of staff, agency outcome analysis and reporting, financial engagement, special events, public speaking, and other duties as assigned.

Maintain documentation for regulatory, compliance and agency policy and procedures.

Provide supervision of staff and oversight of programs designated in the position, supported with documentation and delivery of agency goals. This position is an office-based position and must have the passion to serve children and families daily.

Qualifications

Masters degree from an accredited school of social work or masters degree in related human service field, including but not limited to psychology, psychiatry, counseling, or with a degree in human service discipline and minimum of five years professional clinical/administrative in providing family and childrens service preferably in international adoption.

Must have skills to engage with staff members to provide excellence in service delivery, assure adherence to regulations and accreditation requirements in practice and documentation.

Individual will support the leadership team with continual improvement and new approaches to support improved outcomes and financial sustainability of the agency.

Must be able to provide leadership to an array of team members while based on mission and service to the consumer, while including regulation and accreditation, and agency requirements and services from the team in a timely, accurate, manner with strong customer service focus and financial accountability.

Requires excellent written and verbal communication with clarity and specific instructions.
