COMMUNITY REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)

RISE has supported individuals and families since 1987. Our Community ABA Team brings
high-quality behavioral services directly to clients where they live, learn, and participate in daily
life. We are expanding and looking for a mission-driven Community RBT who wants flexibility,
strong supervision, and meaningful work in natural environments.
RISE places the client experience at the center of everything we do. Our mission is to serve
families and create a strong, consistent system of support. The Community RBT works closely
with a supervising BCBA and receives access to a Senior Behavior Analyst for additional clinical
guidance.

What You Will Do
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Provide direct ABA services in home, school, and community settings
Collect accurate, real-time data using the company’s electronic platform
Support caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
Communicate professionally with families and team members
Attend team meetings and training sessions
Follow all ethical and clinical standards set by the BACB and your supervising BCBA
What We’re Looking For
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing (or willing to obtain)
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Comfortable working independently in home, school, and community settings
Professional, organized, and reliable
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Current CPR and First Aid (or willing to obtain)
Ability to move including kneeling, sitting, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
